Bulk Import Web Part

Jetfire Workflow Bulk Import Web Part¶

This Web Part is used by the Jetfire Administrator to import workflows from an Excel spreadsheet. Note: the file is of type: xml, which can be opened by Microsoft Excel.

Access¶

This Web Part is accessed by the Jetfire Admin Panel and the Jetfire Reports Web Parts Library.

Web Part Example¶

The Bulk Import Web Part is used to import workflow data from an Excel Spreadsheet. Currently, the column labels must match the names of properties used in the workflow. To ensure that the column names are correct, use the Bulk Export Web Part to export a spreadsheet. Use the column headers from this spreadsheet to ensure that all of your data is imported.
Note: Spreadsheet Columns that are not mapped to Workflow Properties are not imported.

Edit Properties¶

Custom Edit properties include:

Admin Role: A comma-delimited list of Roles that can use the Web Part.
Auto-create Workspace?: If true, then workspaces are automatically created when encountered during import from the spreadsheet.
Auto-create Roles?: If true, then Roles are automatically created when encountered during import from the spreadsheet.
CultureInfo: Used to setup the tags used in the Excel spreadsheet.
